If you are under a regular weight loss or exercise program then I want to tell that water is your best friend which will help you the most. Drink plenty of water as water is the component of diet which is very useful for weight loss.

The good news is that you can drink as much water as you want because water is not having any calories. Water helps to flush out toxins from your body so it act as continuous cleaner of your organism. A plenty of water in your body makes you healthy and fit. You can start your day with a glass of water it will lubricate your digestive tract. Even if you are used to take your morning breakfast drink take it after the water.

Most of people when want to increase their water intake during first few days their body is not accustomed to it and they constantly run to bathroom and it interferes their daily work routine and many people get discouraged and decide to leave their new water drinking habit. But do not get discouraged when you start giving water to you body as much as it need your body gets rid of all the stored water in your body as your body starts believing that it will get all the water it will need from the external sources so no need to store water in thighs, hips and even belly.

How caffeine works it increases heart rate of a person so it helps in burning few more calories but on the another hand it is a diuretic and it dehydrates our body and muscles but muscles could not perform well in absence of water. So try to exclude caffeine completely from your diet because it pushes your best friend out of your body. In addition to weight loss benefits water helps to make your skin younger and complexion clear it flushes out all the impurities from your skin. Water increases the tone and contraction of your muscles overall it helps to grow muscles faster.

Eight glasses of water every day is normal for a average person but if you are overweight you should drink another eight ounces for every extra 25 pounds. You have to drink more if you are living in a hot climate and you exercise intensively.

All the water you drink should not be drunk at once but it should be divided in small portions. If you do not like taste of water you can add a piece of lemon to a glass of water. Other drinks can also hydrate your body but additive sugars and calories are the things you do not need. Stop drinking water before three hours you go to bed probably you know why. If you will start drinking water as much as you need you will see fall in your appetite even from the first day. If you want to have a lean and healthy body you must drink a lot of water.
