5.obstructive pneumonia(due to obstruction of bronchi due to tumour)
6.pain due to increase in the size of the tumour within the pleura and the chest.
7.symptoms of abscess formatiom
8.hoarseness of voice (due to laryngeal nerve paralysis this is also as a result of increase in the size of the tumour.
9.sometimes dysphagia
10..horners syndrome due to involvement of sympathetic nerves.
11.pancoasts syndrome due to involvement of cervical and thoracic nerves-shoulder pain.
12.metastases in bones ,brain and even bone marrow which can result in fractures and cytopenias.
13. rare dermatological disorders-dermatomyositis and acanthosis nigricans.
14.general symptoms-weakness,weight loss,anorexia.
