1.If you want to lose weight water should be your best friend.You should drink eight glasses of water per day.
2.Always brush your teeth after your meals.A clean mouth sends signals to the brain that eating time is over.
3.Never skip your breakfast because it is the most important meal of your day.Skipping meals give completely opposite effect.You will start gaining weight instead of losing it.

4.You should avoid alcohol intake if you can.Alcoholic drinks are having lot of calories and they also work as appetite stimulator.
5.If you want to lose weight effectively you should have a regular meal pattern.Do not eat in between your meals.In this way you can discipline your body.
